Radonova creates opportunities for young talent

By November 12, 2024News

At Radonova, the door is always open to talent and ambitious employees who want to grow in their professional role. The latest to join the team is Maroua Elazizi, who started her internship at Radonova’s French operation in September. Maroua is studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and Customer Relations at Excelia in La Rochelle.

Thomas Chauvin, responsible for Radonova’s operations in France, sees the recruitment of Maroua as a natural next step:

“After six years of intensive work, I realized that we needed support to continue to develop the company and meet the ever-increasing demand for high service and support. Recruiting Maroua felt like a natural step, and the choice to invest in an intern fits well with Radonova’s values of trust, learning and personal development.”

Maroua is enthusiastic about the opportunity to develop in a field that both engages and allows her to apply her knowledge in practice.

“I applied to Radonova because the company works on an issue that directly affects health and safety, which is something that really engages me. The fact that I had no previous experience in the radon industry made me even more curious to learn. I want an internship where I can make a concrete contribution while developing my skills.”

“What motivates me is that I am given responsibility from day one. I feel that my work is meaningful and that I have the confidence to run important projects. Moreover, the marketing and after-sales part of the job gives me room to be creative, while being in close contact with clients and their needs. I learn a lot every day, and this development is very inspiring.”

How do you see Radonova as a workplace?
“Radonova has been welcoming and open from the start. We often share ideas, which makes the working environment collaborative and pleasant. This has helped me to quickly get into the work and feel comfortable asking questions. The team spirit is strong from day one, which means a lot in everyday life.”

How do you see the future?
“I want to continue to develop my sales and marketing skills and deepen my understanding of the radon issue. Hopefully, over time, I can take on more responsibility and perhaps advance to a more strategic role. I see myself in an environment where I can combine professional challenges with a positive impact on human health and the environment.”
